Meet Dr. Mark Crispin

Dr. Mark Crispin is a board-certified, fellowship-trained plastic surgeon specializing in breast revision, gynecomastia, facelifts, breast lifts, and the Mommy Makeover, as well as body contouring—liposuction and abdominoplasty. For 25 years, he has provided natural-looking enhancements and long-lasting cosmetic results for the people of Atlanta, Georgia, and the surrounding communities.

He understands the importance of educating a patient so that, together, you can choose the procedure most appropriate to your needs.

His dedication to knowledge in the field is illustrated by his training. After receiving his physician’s degree from the Medical College of Georgia, he undertook a general surgery residency at Georgia Baptist Hospital (now WellStar Atlanta Medical Center) and obtained board certification. Next, he underwent a plastic surgery fellowship at the Medical University of South Carolina, after which he obtained board certification in plastic and reconstructive surgery.

Beyond his plastic surgery residency, he was selected as one of two plastic surgeons in the world to attend that year’s renowned aesthetic fellowship at Manhattan Eye, Ear & Throat Hospital. This aesthetic hospital is associated with New York University and Lenox Hill Hospital, and it is the training center where giants of the cosmetic surgery industry operate and teach the best and brightest among emerging plastic surgeons. Dr. Crispin successfully completed this one-year fellowship while carrying a busy aesthetic surgery practice of his own. In 1995, he moved back to his hometown, Atlanta, and opened his plastic surgery practice

Dr. Crispin continues to lend his experience to the medical community. In addition to operating Crispin Plastic Surgery, he remains on staff at Northside Hospital and Perimeter Surgery Center. Furthermore, he is invited to lecture at numerous national and international plastic surgery meetings, which he regularly attends.

In his free time, Dr. Crispin enjoys spending time with his family, reading American history, and visiting the streams of Georgia and the Carolinas, where he has enjoyed fly fishing since he was a child. He is also an active member of his church.
